Our company is the first casting and machinery manufacturing group company in China. It has both the cost advantage of China's manufacturing industry and Hong Kong's trading and management expertise. It produces quality products by bringing world class management skills, manufacturing processes and materials to a selection of small- and medium-sized specialized manufacturing plants in China. With international business knowledge, it has been fulfilling orders from Japanese, and North American companies.

Our company focuses on midrange to high end products. Provided with the blueprints, it goes through the streamlined process from design validation, material selection, casting process tailoring, mould design and creation, heat-processing, mechanical processing, TQC, quality assurance, to packaging and shipping. The products will be delivered to the customers on time, hassle free, and at a great price.

Our company is currently seeking to expand its business by establishing agents in major cities all over the world. In doing so, it is trying to reach the customers around the world through the least number of middlemen.

You are invited to recommend suitable companies to be our agents. You will be generously rewarded once the agency contract is signed with your recommended companies. For successful recommendations before August 30, 2002, the reward will be X % of the agents' revenue in the coming 3 years. For successful recommendations between September 1 and December 31, 2002, the reward will be X % of the agents' revenue in the coming 2 years. The reward will be paid on the completion of each qualified transaction.

Requirements for agents:

1. The agent must be a registered company, able to legally do business in the casting and machinery manufacturing area.
   
   
2. The agent must be knowledgeable in casting and machinery manufacturing.
   
   
3. The agent must be able to understand casting and mechanical blueprints.
   
   
4. The agent must have import/export experiences, and is able to obtain L/C.
   
   
5. The agent must have the ability to do business in Chinese.

Privileges:

1. The agent will enjoy special prices from our company.
   
   
2. The agent has the freedom to set its own prices.
   
   
3. The agent has the freedom to choose its customers.
   
   
4. All customer queries from the agent's territory (as indicated in the agency contract) will be directed to the agent.
   
   
5. Our company would, on an agent's request, sign contracts directly with the agent's customer and accept the customer's L/C. On completion of the transaction, the agent will receive the difference between the final price and the agent price, minus our operational costs. This is to reduce the capital requirement on agents.
   
   
6. The agent will have early knowledge of our company's strategic or promotional plan.

Responsibilities:

1. The agent should make the best effort to promote our business through all means, advertisement, exhibition, local website, FAX, telephone, etc..
   
   
2. The agent should provide friendly, efficient services to the customers.
   
   
3. The agent should provide interpretation for any technical problems between our company and the customers.
   
   
4. The agent should make payment on time as specified by the contract
   
   
5. The agent should deliver any returned or replacing products from and to the customers.
